Authorize to accept and expend the NH “Now Is The Time” Project Advancing Wellness and Resilience in Education Grant funds in the amount of $1,949,991 from the US Department of Health and Human Services. The balance of the $9,749,959 grant which is $7,799,968 will be incorporated into the next two biennial budgets. (2)Further authorize to establish full-time positions as detailed in letter dated January 12, 2015. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on April 3, 2015.
