Authorize the Division of Administration to transfer $54,000 within the account entitled CVISN Grant, to re-align available funds that will be used to develop a Commercial Vehicle Information System and Networks Program and top level design. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on April 3, 2015.
