Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a contract with JPA III Management Co. Inc., d/b/a the Radisson Hotel Manchester, Manchester, NH, for the purpose of providing conference facilities and food service, and authorization for HSEM to conduct the 11th Annual Emergency preparedness Training Conference on June 10, 2015, for an amount not to exceed $44,442. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $4,444.20 to cover expenses associated with more people attending the conference than originally anticipated bringing the total to $48,886.20. Effective upon G&C approval through June 10, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
