Authorize to enter into a sole source extension to an existing lease with 75 New Hampshire LLC, c/o James J. Horne, CPManagment Inc., Exeter, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-9-09, item #79), for continued occupation by the Seacoast District Office, by increasing the price in the amount of $498,378.72 to $2,959,059.12 from $2,460,680.40 and by extending the term from March 31, 2015 to March 31, 2016. 60% General, 40% Federal Funds.
