Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Southwestern Community Services Inc., Keene, NH, to provide Transitional Housing services to homeless individuals in an amount not to exceed $84,666. Effective April 1, 2015 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through March 31, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
