Description

Authorize to enter into an agreement with the JSI Research and Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH, to develop, manage and evaluate a media campaign that targets adults at risk for type 2 diabetes, statewide, in an amount not to exceed $223,988. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
