Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 3.5 +/- acre parcel of State owned land located on the easterly side of US Route 3 in the Town of Bedford to Marc Grondahl or assigns for $250,000 plus a $1,100 Administrative fee. (2)Further authorize to compensation KW Commercial from the proceeds of the subject sale in the amount of $15,000 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval. The net proceeds are $235,000. It has been determined that his parcel was originally purchased with 81.3% Federal, and 18.7% Highway Funds.
