Authorize the Bureau of Transportation Systems Management and Operations to enter into a contract with Green Mountain Communications Inc., Pembroke, NH, for the purpose of providing Statewide intelligent transportation systems field-device repairs, on the basis of a single bid in the amount of $177,610. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 30% Highway, 26% Intra-Agency Transfers, 1% Agency Income, 43% Turnpike Funds.
