Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Integrated Facilities Construction Corp., Medford, MA (originally approved by G&C on 8/30/24, Item #197), by increasing the price limitation in the amount of $120,000 from $3,631,400 to a total price not to exceed $3,751,400, for Campground Renovations at the Pawtuckaway State Park, Nottingham, NH, with no change to the contract completion date. (2) Further authorize a payment of $5,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering and services provided, bringing the total to $3,756,400. Effective upon G&C approval through October 10, 2025, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Agency Income
