Authorize to amend an existing contract with Fay, Spofford and Thorndike LLC, Bedford, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-13, item #69, in the amount of $50,000), for Engineering Services for the Statewide Public Access Program, by increasing the contract by $15,000 to $65,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 75% Federal, 25% Boat Access Funds.
