Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Merrimack Valley Corp, Methuen, MA in an amount not to exceed $114,695, boiler removal and installation services at the Dover Circuit Courthouse. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $15,000 for unanticipated site expenses, bringing the total to $129,695. (3) Further authorize a payment of $20,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025, with the option to extend for an additional three months. 100% Capital Funds
