Authorize Special Medical Services to hold a conference, “Children & Families Collaboration 2015” for Department staff and contractors who serve children and families with various special health care needs and complex conditions on April 16, 2015 at the Executive Court Inn and Conference Center in Manchester, NH, for a total cost not to exceed $9,512. (2)Further authorize an advance payment of $2,000 to the Executive Court Banquet Facility, Manchester, NH, to secure date and facility. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
