Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with Myers and Stauffer LC, (originally approved by G&C on 2-6-13, item #32), to provide audit services for the NH Medicaid Electronic Health Records Post Incentive Payment Audit Program, by increasing the price by $205,665 from $212,190 to $417,855, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2017. Effective upon G&C approval. 90% Federal, 10% General Funds.
