Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the University of Kansas Center for Research Inc., Youngberg Hall, Lawrence, KS, for the use of the Result Oriented Management web-based software product called Results Oriented Management for the provision of data development and reporting, in an amount not to exceed $61,200. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% General Funds.
