Description
Authorize the Bureau of Traffic to enter into a sole source contract with Delcan Corporation, Atlanta, GA, for the purpose of providing a System Maintenance Contract for the Advanced Transportation Management System, in the amount of $44,075. (2)Further authorize an advance payment of $21,500 in FY 2015. (3)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $22,575 for latent or emergency conditions which may appear during the contract. Effective upon G&C approval through December 3, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
