Authorize to enter into a sole source retroactive contract amendment with Seneca Corporation, Vienna, VA, (originally approved by G&C on 8-9-06, item #3), for additional help desk support services for the Department of Health and Human Services business units, by increasing the amount by $48,590 from $4,197,523.20 to $4,246,113.20, and by extending the end date from March 1, 2015 to May 31, 2015. Effective retroactive to December 1, 2014. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds: the agency Class 27 used by DHHS to reimburse DoIT for this contract is 58% General and 42% Federal Funds.
