Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the University of Kansas Center for Research Inc., Lawrence, KS, to administer the Dynamic Learning Maps alternate assessment in English language arts and mathematics, in an amount not to exceed $27,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. 100% Federal Funds.
