Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Charters Brothers Construction LLC, Danville, NH for the NH Liquor Commission Headquarters Renovation, for a total price not to exceed $788,400. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2015. 83% Capital (Store Operations), 17% Other Funds (Store Operations Funds). (2)Further authorize the amount of $50,300 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $838,700. 100% Other Funds (Store Operations Funds).
