Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 2.4 +/- acre parcel of State owned land located on the westerly side of NH Route 107 in the Town of Pittsfield to 100 Barnstead Road Inc., for $60,000 plus a $1,100 Administrative Fee. (2)Further authorize to compensate Locke Associates Inc., from the proceeds of the subject sale in the amount of $3,600 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval. Originally purchased with 100% Highway Funds.
