Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Busby Construction Co Inc., Atkinson, NH, for repairs to outlet/inlet pipes, culvert headwalls and scour protection at 13 culvert and slope pipes, located on the F. E. Everett Turnpike in Nashua, Merrimack, Manchester, Hooksett, Bow and Concord, on the basis of a low bid of $494,335.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $24,716.78 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 25, 2015. 100% Turnpike Funds.
