Authorize the Division of State Police to accept and expend $143,881 of federal funds from the NH Highway Safety Agency, entitled NH State Police Virtual Private Network Installation to provide assistance to departments in designing, configuring, and deploying a VPN solution. (2)Further authorize to establish class 046 consultant positions for the purpose of providing assistance to departments in designing, configuring, and deploying a VPN solution. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Agency Income. Fiscal Committee approved.
