Authorize the Bureau of Population and Community Health Services, Maternal & Child Health Section, Injury Prevention Program to accept and expend federal funds in the amount of $124,608 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to fund the NH implementation of the National Violent Death Reporting System. Effective retroactive to September 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, and the funds are to be allocated as detailed in letter dated December 10, 2014. (2)Further authorize to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Justice, Concord, NH, for the purpose of collecting, linking and analyzing data from various sources regarding violent deaths including homicides, suicides, and firearm deaths of all intents, for a total of $630,855. Effective retroactive to September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2019. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on January 23, 2015.
