Authorize to accept and expend federal funds in the amount of $641,559 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015, and the funds are to be allocated as detailed in letter dated December 19, 2014. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on January 23, 2015.
