Description

Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to enter into a sole source agreement with the Northern New England Concrete Promotion Association, Falmouth, ME, for a fee not to exceed $12,000 to participate in the training and certification program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
