Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Weaver Bros Construction Co Inc., Concord, NH, for safety improvements at the US 3/Bow Lane/Pembroke Hill Road intersection in Pembroke, on the basis of a low bid of $1,170,307.60. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $81,921.53 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 16, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
