Authorize to enter into a lease agreement with NTC Concord Holdings LLC, Concord, NH, for lease of new office space comprised of 2,120 square feet to be located on the ground floor, in an amount not to exceed $170,274. Effective February 1, 2015 with thirty days delay thereafter providing time for completion of renovations resulting in a rental and occupancy term of March 1, 2015 through February 28, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
