Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the Southwest Region Planning Commission, Keene, NH, to implement an outreach and education program to reduce wood smoke emissions in the Greater Keene Area, in an amount not to exceed $20,000. (2)Further authorize an advance payment to the Southwest Region Planning Commission, Keene, NH, in an amount not to exceed $20,000 within fifteen days of receiving G&C approval. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% AEP Settlement Funds.
