Description

Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a retroactive lease agreement with Northeast Wireless Networks LLC, Falmouth, ME for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Cannon Mountain – Franconia Notch State Park, and accept annual fees of $26,000 for 2015, $26,780 for 2016, $27,583.40 for 2017, $28,410.90 for 2018, and $29,263.23 for 2019. Effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2019, with the option to renew for three additional 5-year periods.
