Description
Authorize to enter into subgrants totaling $12,000 with the Merrimack County Sheriff, in the amount of $7,500, and with the Manchester Police Department in the amount of $4,500, utilizing funds from the US Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention’s Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws Block Grant Programs for the purpose of funding increased enforcement of NH’s underage drinking laws, to include outreach, education and training. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
