Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Health Systems, Policy & Performance, to enter into an agreement with Dr. Imelyn Fernandez, Family Physician, to provide reimbursement for payment of educational loans through the State Loan Repayment Program, in an amount not to exceed $75,000. Effective January 1, 2015 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through December 31, 2017. 100% General Funds.
