Authorize to enter into sole source agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated November 13, 2014, to provide Rapid Rehousing services to individuals and families at immediate risk of homelessness, and to facilitate the movement of homeless individuals and families to permanent housing and maximum self-sufficiency through the Federal Continuum of Care program in an amount not to exceed $190,518. Effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
