Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for 8 miles of pavement rehabilitation on NH 12 between Charlestown and Claremont and the Green Mountain Railroad crossing near the intersection of Bridge Street in Walpole, on the basis of a low bid of $1,594,211.75. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $159,421.18 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 28, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
