Authorize to enter into a contract with AECOM Technical Services Inc., Boston, MA, for writing services and graphic design for a statewide Risk Mapping, Assessment, and Planning Business Plan for the federally funded Federal Emergency Management Agency Cooperative Technical Partners Program, in an amount not to exceed $30,000. Effective December 23, 2014 through February 25, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
