Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into four retroactive lease agreements with NH Electric Cooperative Inc., Plymouth, NH, to lease space of certain areas at Mount Kearsarge, Mount Sunapee, Mount Belknap, and Mount Washington. Effective January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2016 for leases at Mount Kearsarge and Mount Sunapee, and effective October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2017 for leases at Mount Belknap and Mount Washington, with the option to renew for three additional 5-year periods. (2)Further authorize to set annual fees to be collected in monthly payments to be deposited in the Tower Fund.
