Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an agreement with Hoyle, Tanner & Associates Inc., Manchester, NH, for the final design efforts for the replacement of the Red List bridge carrying US Route 2 over the Connecticut River between the Towns of Lancaster, NH and Guildhall, VT, for an amount not to exceed $635,735.57. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
