Authorize the Bureau of Mechanical Services to transfer $1,231,000 from Highway Surplus to fund the acquisition and outfitting of equipment to provide winter and summer maintenance for the expanded portion of I-93 that will be open to traffic in the fall of 2015. (2)Further authorize to increase the size of the fleet by 9 new trucks and 7 material spreaders as a result of the expanded I-93 road lanes and the need to provide winter and summer maintenance for the expanded portion of I-93 that will be open to traffic in the fall of 2015. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Highway Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 10, 2014.
