Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an Operating Agreement with Conway Scenic Railroad Co., North Conway, NH, to provide tourist excursion train service between Conway and Whitefield. Effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2024, with the option to renew for an additional 10-year period. 100% Agency Income.
