Authorize the Office of Workforce Opportunity to amend a sole source contract with NH Department of Education, Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 7-13-11, item #44), for the delivery of Workforce Investment Act Youth services, by increasing the amount from $7,072,606 to $7,306,779, an increase of $234,173. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funding.
