Authorize to enter into a sole source Cooperative Agreement with the University of NH, Institute on Disability, acting through Granite State College, to address the critical shortage of teachers for students who are deaf or hard of hearing, in an amount not to exceed $48,500. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
