Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a sole source amendment of an existing contract with Joe Brigham Inc., d/b/a JBI Helicopter Services, Pembroke, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9-9-09, item #112B), to provide for scheduled maintenance, inspections of the State Police Bell 407 helicopter, and any repairs resulting from inspections, as well as for the Bell Helicopter Annual Re-Currency Pilot Training, in the amount of $26,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 81% Highway, 19% Turnpike Funds.
