Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway and Ski Area to enter into a retroactive contract with Plymouth State University (PSU), Plymouth, NH for discounted price recreational ski and snowboard programs at Cannon Mountain Ski Area, administered by the PSU Student Activities Association. (2) Further authorize to accept a payment of $10,000 for discounted recreational ski and snowboard programs at Cannon Mountain Ski Area in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of November 29, 2024 through April 13, 2025. No State funds are required.
