Authorize to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $370,000 from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs, to be utilized to implement a Swift and Certain Sanctions Intensive Probation Supervision program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 10, 2014.
