Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Daniel T. Ladd Sitework LLC, Loudon, NH, for the Dolloff Building Water Main Replacement – Governor Hugh Gallen Office Park, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $161,500. 100% Capital - General Funds. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $30,000 for unanticipated civil/culvert water main issues, bringing the total to $191,500. 100% Operating - General Funds. (3)Further authorize the amount of $4,400 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, Capital Clerk for oversight and engineering services provided, bringing the total to $195,900. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2014. 100% Capital - General Funds.
