Description
Authorize to hold a Public Hearing with respect to the financing of five (5) 2.85 mega-watt utility grade wind turbines by the Business Finance Authority for Jericho Power LLC in Berlin, New Hampshire. Action will authorize a Resolution under RSA 162-I:9 to determine the financing will serve a public use, provide public benefit and is within the policy and authority of the Act.
