Description

Authorize to enter into an agreement with Community Action Program of Strafford County, Dover, NH, to provide Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Rehousing services to homeless individuals and individuals in danger of becoming homeless in Rockingham and Strafford Counties, in an amount not to exceed $249,822. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
