Description

Authorize to enter into a retroactive agreement with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH, to administer the Housing Bridge Subsidy Program which provides housing services and subsidies for rent for persons with mental illness who are at risk of becoming homeless in an amount not to exceed $9,948,020. Effective October 1, 2014 through June 30, 2017. 100% General Funds.
