Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to amend a contract with the Town of Hanover, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 4-18-12, item #141), for improvements to a joint-use transit stop on Wheelock Street in Hanover, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2014 to September 30, 2015. No Additional Funding.
