Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Mark Damian Duda & Associates Inc., d/b/a Responsive Management, Harrisonburg, VA, for the purpose of implementing a Game Population Preference Survey as part of a comprehensive planning in order to quantify resident opinions, concerns and desires regarding bear, moose, turkey, deer and select furbearer and small game species and their management in NH, in an amount not to exceed $18,500. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2015. 75% Federal, 25% Other (Game Management) Funds.
