Authorize to enter into a retroactive contract with NH Project Learning Tree, Concord, NH, to implement the Mathematics and Science Partnership Project entitled Building Vertical Science Literacy Through Environmental Themes and Field Investigations, in an amount not to exceed $106,250. Effective July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, with the option to renew for up to two additional fiscal years. 100% Federal Funds.
