Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to transfer control and maintenance responsibility of State owned land with improvements consisting of 6.7 +/- acres located in the Town of Conway to the NH Fish and Game Department. (2)Further authorize to accept control and maintenance of a parcel of State owned land with improvements consisting of 6.7 +/- acres located in the Town of Conway from the NH Department of Transportation, to the Fish and Game Department at no cost. Effective upon G&C approval.
